Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping — estimated 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 3–5 business days
- Free Shipping — available on orders over $99
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Local Pick up is available at our events of from our location in Wake Forest, NC.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at mymerchqueen@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
